Strength WOD
Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5
- You should be working with weight that you are not sure you can get 3 or 4 reps with and then somehow get 5 reps, then you know your working hard
Conditioning WOD
7 Wallballs (20/14)
7 Burpees
7 rounds
