100 KB Swings/ Barbell Hold OH
200 Pushups/ Handstand Hold
150 Situps/ Plank
400 Squats/ Wall sit with Medicane Ball Held Overhead

- if during the wod you stop or break on any of the exercises
you and your partner must switch
